Smoking in the Cuckoo's Nest		Closed: 10 Aug 2008	Results

	As of 1 July 2008 there's a smoking ban in hospitality in the Netherlands as well. Law provides a possibility to create smoking areas, which have to meet certain rules. The Cuckoo's Nest thought it would please the majority of it's guests by making the darkroom a smoking area. We think current legislation allows this and that we are meeting all conditions. It turns out a number of our guests has a problem with this and has chosen to not inform us of their opinion directly, but to lodge a complaint with the authorities. As a result of this an inspection has taken place now and did not lead to an official warning or fine yet, which strengthens us in our opinion that we are operating within the law. We on the other hand do choose to approach our guests directly in an effort to try and establish what exactly it is they want, so we wil be able to tailor our future policy to this. Smoking in the darkroom		Closed: 29 Jul 2008	Results

	Since smoking in hospitality in the Netherlands was banned, the Cuckoo's Nest decided to assign the darkroom as smoking area in an attempt to please as many of it's guests as possible. This has led to some rather heated discussions both in the bar and in our website's guestbook, but we didn't directly receive too much feedback in person. Let us know what you think about it, so we know if we made the right choice.

Darkroom maintenance		Closed: 6 Jul 2008	Results

	We started maintenance work on the darkroom, partly because of changing government requirements, partly because we felt it was time to improve on a few things. As we are experiencing some delay, we would like to use this delay to find out how you feel we are doing, specifically on the subjects listed below.

Free condoms		Closed: 4 Feb 2007	Results

	Anticipating the availability of condoms for free in all bars with a darkroom in Amsterdam, the Cuckoo's Nest decided not to wait any longer and has started making condoms available for free starting 17 Sep 2006. We would like your opinion on a few issues, so we will be able to give you the best service possible.
